By accessing or using the website located at https://sfseav.com/ (the “Site”), operated by Southern Feed Store LLC, doing business as Southern Feed Store (“Southern Feed Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

About This Website

This Site is an informational website for Southern Feed Store, a restaurant. It provides visitors with information such as our menus, restaurant locations, and contact details.

The Site itself does not process online orders or table reservations, and it does not accept job applications. Where one of our vendors offers online ordering, the Site links out to that vendor’s own website or to a third-party ordering platform such as Toast or Uber Eats. Those platforms are operated independently, may or may not offer ordering, delivery, or pickup at any given time, and any order you place is handled entirely by that vendor and that platform under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not a party to those transactions.

The Site does provide two forms: a contact form and a vendor application form. Submitting either sends us a message and creates no agreement between us.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. When using the Site, you agree not to:

The “Order Now” links on our vendor pages fall into this category: they open a vendor’s own website or a third-party ordering platform, in a new tab, and everything that happens after you leave this Site — menu, pricing, payment, delivery, and support — is between you and that provider.
